In order to explore the current situation of tea houses management in Guangzhou during the post COVID-19 era,the top five popular tea houses in eleven districts of Guangzhou were taken as the objects,and public reviews were used as information collection channels,and the questionnaires for tea house operators were filled out through online retrieval of information,and then the targeted questionnaires were distributed to tea house consumers by combining the dual online and offline processes.The results show that there is a serious convergence in design styles..In terms of decoration style,the percentage of tea houses that refer to"modern new Chinese style"is as high as 94%;in terms of the functional type of tea houses,most of them attach importance to business communication function,and 70%of them are specially equipped with hardware facilities such as electronic screens;in terms of seating settings,each tea house has a private room;in terms of service items,some tea houses have paid attention to and the needs of independent individuals for tea drinking and tea space,and single person tea drinking items such as"One Person Tour"have begun to emerge.This paper puts forward targeted suggestions for the future development from the perspectives of both operators and consumers regarding the current situation of tea houses in Guangzhou during the post COVID-19 era.It is hoped to deepen the understanding of the current situation of tea houses management in Guangzhou under the background of the post epidemic era,provide theoretical guidance for the future development of tea houses in the region,and provide references for the research and development of tea houses in other cities during the post COVID-19 era.
