茶叶中主要活性成分抗运动性疲劳作用机制研究进展

摘要
运动性疲劳是运动健身中常见的生理现象,持续性的运动性疲劳会影响运动机能和身体健康.近年来安全、高效、生物活性多样性的天然产物已成为缓解运动性疲劳研究新趋势,其中茶叶作为大众日常饮用品含有茶多酚、茶氨酸、茶多糖和生物碱等活性成分,具有作为预防和减轻运动性疲劳补充剂的潜质.本文主要梳理了茶叶活性成分通过调节氧化应激、改善糖脂代谢、抑制炎症反应等途径的抗运动性疲劳作用,分析了茶叶活性成分潜在的抗运动性疲劳作用机制,以期为茶叶抗运动性疲劳的系统研究和抗运动性疲劳茶产品的开发提供支持.
Abstract
Exercise fatigue is a common physiological phenomenon in sports and fitness,and persistent exercise fatigue can affect motor function and physical health. In recent years,safe,efficient and biologically diverse natural products have become a new trend in the research of alleviating exercise fatigue,among which tea as a daily beverage for the general public,containing active ingredients such as tea polyphenols,theanine,tea polysaccharides and alkaloids,has the potential to serve as a supplement to prevent and reduce exercise fatigue. In this paper,the anti-exercise fatigue effect of tea active ingredients by regulating oxidative stress,improving glycolipid metabolism,and inhibiting inflammatory response is mainly sorted out,and the potential anti-exercise fatigue mechanism of tea active ingredients is analyzed,in order to provide support for the systematic research of tea anti-exercise fatigue and the development of anti-exercise fatigue tea products.
