摘要
'碧盛'(选育编号为2011-15-3)是一个高抗、优质、早生、红绿茶兼制型茶树新品种,系从'碧香早'自然杂交后代中采用单株育种法选育.属灌木型,中叶类.树姿半开张,叶片稍上斜,叶色深绿色,叶面微隆起;芽叶黄绿色,茸毛中等;发芽密度密.内含物丰富,制茶品质优.制绿茶香气清香高、带花香,滋味鲜醇;制红茶香气甜香带果香,滋味浓醇.产量高,生长势强;抗寒、抗旱性强;扦插繁殖能力强.
Abstract
Bisheng (breeding number 2011-15-3) is a new tea cultivar with high resistance,high quality,early sprouting,and suitable for making both black tea and green tea. It was bred from the natural hybrid offspring of Bixiangzao by using single plant breeding method. It belongs to shrub type,middle leaf class. The tree is half open,with slightly upward sloping leaves that are dark green in color and slightly raised on the surface;The buds and leaves are yellow green with moderate fuzz;The germination density is dense. Rich in content,excellent in tea making quality. The green tea made from it has a clear and fragrant aroma with a floral aroma,and a fresh and mellow taste;The black tea made from it has sweet aroma with fruity aroma,and a strong and mellow taste. This cultivar has high yield and strong growth potential,strong cold and drought resistance and strong propagation ability through cuttings.
