摘要

以'槠叶齐'等33个茶树品种为试验对象,采用田间自然鉴定法和室内鉴定法,通过热害指数、电解质渗透率、叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm等3个指标对各茶树品种的耐热性进行评价.结果表明,33个茶树品种热害指数在20.0~80.0,其中'槠叶齐'和'碧香早'的热害指数较低,表现出较强的耐热性.高温条件下不同茶树品种的电解质渗透率不同,'碧香早'黄玫瑰'和'槠叶齐'3个品种的电解质渗透率显著低于除'白芽奇兰'与'毛蟹'外的其他品种;33个茶树品种的Fv/Fm数值下降百分比为28.24%~41.89%,其中'槠叶齐'中茶108'毛蟹'黄玫瑰'碧香早'福鼎大白茶'下降幅度相对较小,下降幅度均小于30%;但在25℃条件下除'紫娟'和'赣茶3号'外,其他品种的Fv/Fm无显著差异.可见,'碧香早'槠叶齐'黄玫瑰'3个茶树品种的耐热性表现较优,'毛蟹'白芽奇兰'福鼎大白茶'等茶树品种的耐热性次之.

Abstract

In order to evaluate the heat resistance of tea cultivars,33 tea cultivars,such as Zhuyeqi,were used as experimental objects. The heat injury index,electrolyte permeability and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm were used to evaluate the heat resistance of each tea cultivar by field natural identification method and indoor identification method.The results showed that the heat injury index of 33 tea cultivars ranged from 20.0 to 80.0,among which Zhuyeqi,Bixiangzao had lower heat injury index and exhibited strong heat resistance. Under high temperature conditions,the electrolyte permeability of different tea cultivars were different,the electrolyte permeability of Bixiangzao,Huangmeigui and Zhuyeqi was significantly lower than that of other tea cultivars except for Baiyaqilan and Maoxie. The percentage decrease in Fv/Fm values for the 33 tea cultivars ranged from 28.24% to 41.89%,among which Zhuyeqi,Zhongcha 108,Maoxie,Huangmeigui,Bixiangzao,Fuding Dabachai had relatively small decreases,all of which were less than 30%.But under the condition of 25℃,there was no significant difference in Fv/Fm among tea cultivars except for Zijuan and Gancha 3. It can be seen that the heat resistance of Bixiangzao,Zhuyeqi and Huangmeigui was better,followed by Maoxie,Baiyaqilan and Fuding Dabaicha and some other cultivars.
