摘要

为评价高温超声水提法提取藤茶中二氢杨梅素的应用价值,本试验探讨了料液比、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数等4个单因素对藤茶中二氢杨梅素提取的影响,再通过正交试验进一步优化二氢杨梅素的提取工艺.结果表明,最佳提取条件为料液比1∶40、提取温度90℃、提取时间70 min、提取次数2次,二氢杨梅素的提取率为56.03%,通过浓缩喷雾干燥后测定二氢杨梅素的纯度为59.9%.高温超声水提法能够显著提高二氢杨梅素的提取率,试验结果可为藤茶中二氢杨梅素的提取提供新的方向.

Abstract

To evaluate the application value of the high-temperature ultrasonic water extraction method in extracting dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis grossedentata,the effects of four single factors:material liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction of dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis grossedentata were explored,and the extraction process of dihydromyricetin was further optimized through orthogonal experiments in this experiment. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were material to liquid ratio of 1∶40,extraction temperature of 90 ℃,extraction time of 70 minutes,extraction times of 2 times,and the extraction rate of dihydromyricetin was 56.03%. After concentrated spray drying,the purity of dihydromyricetin would be 59.9%. The high-temperature ultrasonic water extraction method can significantly improve the extraction rate of dihydromyricetin,and the experimental results can provide a new direction for the subsequent extraction of dihydromyricetin from Ampelopsis grossedentata.
