不同配方叶面肥对'云抗10号'茶叶品质的影响

选用磷酸二氢钾作为基础肥料,分别添加尿素、小肽和微量元素肥对'云抗10号'茶树进行喷施处理.结果表明,喷施小肽+磷酸二氢钾+微量元素处理茶树的百芽重最高,达 20.32 g;内含成分方面,喷施小肽+磷酸二氢钾+微量元素处理水浸出物含量也最高,达44.11%.游离氨基酸含量以喷施小肽+磷酸二氢钾处理最高,且与对照(清水组)有显著性差异;喷施尿素+磷酸二氢钾、小肽+磷酸二氢钾处理茶多酚及咖啡碱与对照均有显著性差异.茶样感官审评结果表明喷施小肽+磷酸二氢钾+微量元素处理外形(90分)、汤色(88 分)、香气(92 分)、滋味(87 分)与叶底(90分)均优于其他处理,综合感官评分最高(89.40 分).
Effect of Different Formulations of Foliar Fertilizers on the Tea Quality of Yunkang 10
In order to study the effect of different formulations of foliar fertilizers on th tea quality of Yunkang 10,potassium dihydrogen phosphate was selected as the basic fertilizer,and urea,small peptide and trace elements were added respectively to spray the Yunkang 10 tea tree.The results showed that spraying small peptides+potassium dihydrogen phosphate+trace elements resulted in the highest 100-bud weight of tea trees,reaching 20.32 g;In terms of internal components,the highest content of water extract was achieved by spraying small peptides,potassium dihydrogen phosphate,and trace elements,reaching 44.11%.The content of free amino acids was highest in the treatment of spraying small peptides and potassium dihydrogen phosphate,and there was a significant difference compared to the control group(water group);There were significant differences in tea polyphenols and caffeine compared to the control group treated with urea+potassium dihydrogen phosphate,small peptides+potassium dihydrogen phosphate.The sensory evaluation results of tea samples showed that the treatment of spraying small peptides,potassium dihydrogen phosphate,and trace elements had better appearance(90 points),liquor color(88 points),aroma(92 points),taste(87 points),and infused leaf(90 points)than other treatments,with the highest comprehensive sensory score(89.40 points).
