光伏电池生产和退役回收过程中重金属污染物的释放及环境风险

近年来,在"双碳"战略的指导下,以光伏为首的新能源因其绿色清洁、环境友好和可持续性而发展迅速.但就其生命周期来看,新能源并非完全无污染.本文以光伏为例,聚焦重金属问题,综述了光伏电池在生产制造至退役报废阶段的环境风险,分析了光伏电池尤其是其中的重金属可能产生的环境问题并提出了相应的建议,为我国的新能源绿色高质量发展提供参考.
Releasing and Environmental Risk of Heavy Metals during Manufacturing,Retirement and Recycle of Photovoltaic Panels
In recent years,under China's low-carbon background,new energy sources,such as solar energy,have developed rapidly due to their advantages of cleanliness,environmental friendliness,and sustainability.However,new energy source is not completely pollution-free in its life cycle.In this paper,taking photovoltaic system as an example,focusing on the issues of heavy metals,the environment risk during the production,manufacturing,retire-ment and recycle stages of photovoltaic panels were reviewed,the potential pollution from photovoltaic panel espe-cially the heavy metals contained within them were analyzed,and some suggestions were put forward to help high-quality development of new energy sources in China.
