Optimization of cold stamping forming for the front vice reinforcement plate of an automobile
In order to improve the wrinkling,cracking and springback phenomena in the stamping forming of the front vice reinforcement plate of an automobile,the finite element software Dynaform is used to obtain the process parameters for each evaluation target by combining orthogonal tests and extreme difference analysis.Through the multi-objective optimization software Design-expert,the optimum process parameters for the components are ob-tained.The node compensation method is used to obtain the rebound compensation model surface,and the opti-mal process parameters and rebound compensation model are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the optimum process parameters and the effect of springback compensation are good,the forming limit state of the parts is good,and the minimum thickness,maximum thickness and maximum springback meet the design re-quirements.
