压气机叶片加工单元设备OEE分析及预防性维护

通过对压气机叶片加工单元设备整体效率分析,发现在性能开动环节存在较大时间损耗.针对该问题提出预防性维护策略,基于维修引起的相关成本、役龄回退因子和设备运行周期,建立了预防性维护总成本计算模型.利用遗传算法对该模型进行优化,得到最低成本方案.以550 h设备运行时长为例,对该模型进行了检验,得到开展6次预防性维护最为合理.
OEE analysis and preventive maintenance for compressor blade machining unit equipment
Through the overall equipment effectiveness analysis of the compressor blade machining unit,it is found that there is a large time loss in the performance start-up phase.To address this issue,a preventive main-tenance strategy is proposed,and the calculation model of total preventive maintenance cost is established based on the related cost caused by maintenance,service age regression factor and equipment operating cycle.This model is optimized using a genetic algorithm,yielding the lowest cost solution.The model is tested on the exam-ple of 550 hours equipment operating hours,and it is found that 6 preventive maintenance times are the most rea-sonable.
