Research on the application of law in the settlement of personnel disputes in public institutions
In the current legal application for resolving personnel disputes within public institutions,there are issues such as identification deviations,procedural confusion,and inconsistent judgments in similar cases due to the involvement of multiple branches of law. The main causes identified include confusion in legal application ,lack of relevant laws,and the impact of administrative thinking. This paper suggests revising the principles for resolving personnel disputes based on the classification and nature of public institutions ,implementing hierarchical adjustments to legal applications. Furthermore,efforts should be accelerated to establish a diversified mechanism for resolving personnel disputes in public institutions,enhancing the quality and efficiency of dispute resolution.
