摘要

随着高端装备制造业的迅猛发展和产业变革的深化,对于具备跨学科知识体系和卓越创新能力的高层次复合型人才的需求变得愈发迫切.智能复合制造交叉学科团队的建设可以打破学科壁垒,实现知识共享和互补,推动复合型人才的培养.针对应用型高校智能复合制造交叉学科团队建设的难点,提出加强跨学科交流与合作机制、开展产学研合作、提升团队成员专业技能和创新能力、优化考核评价机制的交叉学科团队建设路径,推动新型交叉学科高质量发展.

Abstract

With the rapid development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry and the deepening of in-dustrial transformation,the demand for high-level compound talents with interdisciplinary knowledge systems and excellent innovation capabilities has become increasingly urgent. The construction of interdisciplinary teams in intelligent composite manufacturing can break down disciplinary barriers,achieve knowledge sharing and complementarity,and promote the cultivation of compound talents. In response to the difficulties in the construc-tion of interdisciplinary teams in intelligent composite manufacturing in application-oriented universities,this paper proposes a construction path for interdisciplinary teams by strengthening interdisciplinary exchanges and cooperation mechanisms,carrying out industry-university-research cooperation,improving the professional skills and innovation capabilities of team members,and optimizing the assessment and evaluation mechanism, in order to promote the high-quality development of new interdisciplinary fields.
