实践教学体系的构建源于教育教学改革的需要,是培养高素质教师队伍的关键环节.确立实践教学目标的新理念应以技能训练为基本目标,以反思能力的培养为核心目标,以增强专业认同为情感目标,设计实践教学体系要以师范生身心发展规律为基础,以未来教师的应然素养为模型,并突出对反思能力的培养.实践教学体系的构建要贯穿整个师范生培养阶段,要能全方位培养师范生的多项能力,要彰显实践智慧的培养.实践教学体系的构建与对教师职业的理解有关,当前应尤为注重实践教学在发展能力方面的功用.
The construction of practical teaching system for undergraduate normal students majoring in elementary education:a holistic and comprehensive approach to cultivating practical wisdom
The construction of practice teaching system stems from the needs of educational reforms and consti-tutes a crucial link in cultivating a high-quality teacher workforce. The objectives of practical teaching should be redefined,with skill training as the basic goal,the cultivation of reflective ability as the core goal,and the en-hancement of professional identity as the emotional goal. The design of practical teaching system should be based on the physical and mental development law of the normal students,take the future teachers'key competences as the model,and highlight the cultivation of reflective ability. The construction of practical teaching system should span the entire training stage for normal students,comprehensively develop their diverse abilities,and highlight the cultivation of practical wisdom. The construction of the practical teaching system is related to the understand-ing of the teacher profession and the current efforts should particularly focus on the role of practical teaching in developing students'abilities.
