人工智能应用对劳动力跨行业迁移的影响研究

从劳动力群体受人工智能技术影响的不同敏感度视角,对人工智能应用对劳动力跨行业迁移可能性影响进行了探讨.研究发现:总体上,人工智能应用促进了劳动力的跨行业迁移,人工智能应用每增加一单位,个体跨行业迁移的概率将提升0.20%;从行业和个体来看:行业上,人工智能应用对农林牧渔业,采矿业,电力、煤气及水的生产和供应业,建筑业的个体跨行业迁移有显著的正向作用,而对制造业和教育业个体的跨行业迁移有显著的负向作用;个体上,男性、青年、中等技能劳动力更容易进行跨行业迁移.
Study on the impact of AI applications on cross-industry labor mobility
This study explores the impact of AI applications on the possibility of cross-industry labor mobility from the perspective of varying sensitivities of different labor groups to AI technologies.The findings indicate that,overall,AI applications facilitate cross-industry migration,with each unit increase in AI applications raising the probability of individual cross-industry mobility by 0.20%.At the industry level,AI applications positively influence cross-industry mobility for individuals in agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,fisheries,mining,and utilties(electricity,gas,and water production and supply),as well as construction,while they have a significant negative impact on the cross-industry mobility in manufacturing and education.At the individual level,males,yonger workers,and medium-skilled workers are more likely to engage in across-industry mobility.
