学科交叉背景下的研究生培养是未来研究生教育的重要趋势.学科交叉对机械硕士专业学位研究生培养的影响深远而广泛,对提升研究生的综合素质、创新能力和协作能力具有重要意义.从机械硕士专业学位研究生学科交叉培养的要求和现状出发,梳理目前存在的问题,提出通过健全管理机制、重构课程体系、建设导师团队、强化实践环节、完善学科平台等措施,构建主副修复合型课程—综合专业实践—跨学科选题的学科交叉人才培养模式,夯实学科平台—科技团队—科研项目构成的人才培养支撑体系,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的研究生.
Exploring the cultivation model for professional master's degree students in mechanical engineering under an interdisciplinary background:a case study of Jiangsu University of Technology
Graduate education in an interdisciplinary context is an important trend for future graduate education.The impact of interdisciplinary approaches on the cultivation of professional master's degree students in mechanical engineering is far-reaching and extensive,with great significance to improve the comprehensive qualities,innovation abilities and collaboration skills.Starting from the requirements and current status of interdisciplinary training for professional master's degree students in mechanical engineering,this study addresses the existing issues and proposes measures such as improving management mechanisms,reconstructuring curriculum systems,building supervisor mechanisms,strengthening practice links,and improving disciplinary platforms.It aims to construct a interdisciplinary talent cultivation model featuring major-minor composite courses,comprehensive professional practice,and interdisciplinary topic selection,underpinned by a talent cultivation support system based on disciplinary platforms,technology teams,and research projects.The goal is to cultivate graduate students with innovative spirit and comprehensive practical skills.
