纳米ZrO2/硅树脂复合膜对双层封装LED光学性能的影响

为了研究纳米粒子/硅树脂复合薄膜对双层封装LED光学性能的影响,制备了纳米ZrO2掺杂薄膜并将其应用于LED封装.实验结果表明,适量的纳米粒子掺杂浓度和薄膜厚度可提升双层封装LED的发光性能.其中,在掺杂层厚度相同的情况下,4%的掺杂量表现最优,光效比单层封装高出2.25%;而在掺杂浓度相同的情况下,0.15µm的复合薄膜层厚度表现最佳,光效较单层封装提高6.59%.因此,通过调节复合薄膜中的纳米粒子掺杂浓度和薄膜厚度,可以有效提升双层封装LED的发光性能.
Effect of Nano-ZrO2/Silicone composite film on the optical performances of double-layer encapsulated LEDs
To investigate the effect of nanoparticle/silicone composite films on the optical performances of double-layer encapsulated LEDs,nano ZrO2-doped composite films were prepared and applied in LED encapsulation.The experimental results revealed that appropriate doping concentration of nanoparticles and film thickness can enhance the luminous performance of double-layer encapsulated LEDs.Specifically,at the same doping layer thickness,a doping concentration of 4%yielded the best performance,with luminous efficacy increasing by 2.25%compared to single-layer encapsulated LEDs.Meanwhile,at the same doping concentration,a film thickness of 0.15 μm showed optimal performance,with luminous efficacy improving by 6.59%over single-layer encapsulated LEDs.Therefore,by adjusting the doping concentration of nanoparticles and the thickness of the composite film,the luminous performance of double-layer encapsulated LEDs can be effectively improved.
