Power triangle:the power relationship in scientific research evaluation of university teachers
Research evaluation of university teachers is an important part of higher education evaluation,and its power relationship directly affects the fairness and effectiveness of evaluation.Exploring the power relationship is helpful to promote the establishment of a more fair,reasonable and scientific research evaluation system in colleges and universities,promote the professional development of college teachers,and enhance the scientific research level and innovation ability of colleges and universities,so as to better serve the social and economic development and national strategic needs.The results show that there are conflicts and imbalances among administrative power,academic power and market power in the research evaluation of university teachers.The three power relations present a complex dynamic relationship,showing guiding and correcting functions in accordance with the development of the situation at different periods,and showing different leading and withdrawing relations in different evaluation fields:coordinating and balancing different power relations is an important guarantee for carrying out specific evaluation affairs.
