摘要
从教育部本科教学工作审核评估视角出发,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法,对体育专业教学质量保障体系进行了系统构建.新建保障体系包括组织保障、制度保障、目标保障、投入保障、过程保障、产出保障、评估诊断和反馈改进8个构成主体及23个核心要素,涉及大循环、中循环、微循环三个层面的运行实施过程.对沧州师范学院体育学院的领导督导、任课教师、学生进行问卷调查,结果显示,新建保障体系对教学质量的提升具有较为显著作用.
Abstract
From the perspective of the audit and evaluation of undergraduate teaching work of the Min-istry of Education,the teaching quality guarantee system of physical education major was constructed using literature review,expert interviews,Delphi method and questionnaire survey.The newly established guar-antee system includes 8 main bodies and 23 core elements,including organizational guarantee,system guarantee,target guarantee,input guarantee,process guarantee,output guarantee,evaluation diagnosis and feedback improvement.It involves the operation and implementation process at three levels:large cy-cle,medium cycle and micro cycle.A questionnaire survey was conducted among the leaders,supervisors,teachers and students of the physical education college of Cangzhou Normal University.The results showed that the new system had a significant effect on the improvement of teaching quality.
