Research on the Art of Higher Education From the Perspective of Intersubjectivity
In the process of education,the elements are not separated from each other and exist in iso-lation,but an organic unity of close connection,mutual influence and interaction.Among them,the rela-tionship between the educator and the education object is the most important group of mutual influence and mutual restriction.In the new era,the relationship between educator and educational object is not the common relationship between"teaching"and"being taught",but it shows the characteristics of the sub-jectivity of the object,the"equality primacy"of the educator,the dual integration of the subject and the object.To grasp the characteristics of the relationship between educators and educational objects,we should be good at using the art of moderate education,the art of equal interaction,the art of sincere sha-ring,the art of value consensus.
