Mao Kun was a famous litterateur in the middle of the Ming Dynasty.1 he dissemination of his poetry and works began between Jiajing and Wanli in the Ming Dynasty,and reached its peak in Wanli.The dissemination was carried out in various forms,including the publication of separate collections,se-lected editions,and selected essays.The development of the dissemination form was balanced.After Wan-li,the form and quantity of communication gradually declined.In the Qing Dynasty,the main form of communication was prose,and other forms of communication,such as the publication of separate collec-tions,became less.The Qing people's evaluation of their ancient writings was mainly criticism.
