Under the market economy,the wild growth of blind box economy makes the legal supervi-sion face new challenges.There are a series of legal problems in the blind box economy,such as gambling,consumption fraud,speculation and so on,having consistency with the hazards of gambling.In view of the current development of market economy in our country,the regulation of blind box disorder should take intervention measures from the aspects of perfecting the existing legal rules,strengthening the government functions and strengthening the industry self-discipline.
