Investigation on the Status Quo and Countermeasures for Improvement of Kindergarten Teachers'Professional Identity Under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy
Professional identity is a necessary factor and internal driving force for teachers'develop-ment.Improving the professional identity level of kindergarten teachers under the background of rural re-vitalization strategy is an important measure to promote the construction of teachers'team.The"Kinder-garten Teachers'Professional Identity Questionnaire"survey was conducted on 301 rural kindergarten teachers in Cangzhou by convenient sampling.The results show that,the overall level of professional iden-tity of kindergarten teachers is above medium,and the professional identity level of kindergarten teachers with more than 5 years of teaching experience is significantly higher than that of kindergarten teachers with less than 5 years of teaching experience;the professional identity level of kindergarten teachers with asso-ciate degree or below is significantly higher than that of kindergarten teachers with bachelor's degree.Kin-dergarten teachers with a salary of more than 3,000 yuan have a significantly higher professional identity than kindergarten teachers with a salary of less than 3,000 yuan;the overall level of public kindergarten teachers'professional identity is significantly higher than that of private kindergarten teachers.Education-al background is an independent factor affecting the correct professional identity of kindergarten teachers.Higher teaching age and higher salary level are protective factors for correct professional identity,while private kindergartens are risk factors for correct professional identity of kindergarten teachers.Recommen-dations and Countermeasures:Relevant government departments must strengthen macro-control and im-prove the social status of kindergarten teachers.Kindergartens should further optimize and improve the management system,and pay more attention to the development of kindergarten teachers.At the same time,kindergarten teachers should clarify their own development plans,exert their subjective initiative,and strive to improve themselves.
