Labor relations is one of the most basic and important social relations,harmonious labor re-lations is the most basic discourse of China's financial and economic discourse system,and learning to deal with labor relations constitutes one of the basic training objectives of Chinese financial and economic ma-jors.Therefore,the establishment,consolidation and optimization of harmonious labor relations with Chi-nese characteristics,as well as the protection,liberation and development of China's labor productive forces,as an important ideological and political element,integrated into the course teaching process of fi-nance and economics major in colleges and universities.In the new era,in order to push teachers to in-tegrate the ideological and political element of labor relations into the teaching of finance and economics,college or university should take leadership demonstration as the premise,collaborative innovation as the key point and all-round evaluation as the guarantee.
