Research on the Construction Strategy of the Management System of Grand Canal National Cultural Park
As a new form of national parks,the management system of Grand Canal National Cultural Park directly affects the efficiency of park construction.In recent years,a lot of work has been done a-round the construction of Grand Canal National Cultural Park by various regions,achieving remarkable re-sults.However,there are still issues such as unstable management institutions,lack of funds,difficulties in coordination,unclear management scope,and weak willingness of public participation.In view of this situation,all regions and departments along the Grand Canal should draw upon international and domestic experience in managing national parks,and harmoniously integrate these with the positioning,objectives and local realities of the construction of Grand Canal National Cultural Park,establish a unified manage-ment organization,expand sources of funds,clarify the scope of heritagecontrol,improve park laws and regulations actively mobilize the participation of social forces,and build a new management system that is in line with China's national conditions and the actual situation of regions along the Canal,truly achieving the scientific protection and rational utilization of the cultural heritage of the Canal.
