摘要
国家文化公园缘起于国家公园,是一个由"自然"向"文化"逐步蜕变过程中形成的全新概念.大运河国家文化公园建设的"扬州模式"的核心内涵是:以世界文化遗产保护为核心,以重点工程项目为载体,以分层协调推进为方式.扬州在文化遗产保护与国家文化公园建设协调推进方面的特色和经验体现在三个方面:一是突出大运河的文物属性,二是强调大运河的景观属性,三是把握大运河的社会属性.
Abstract
National cultural parks originated from national parks and are a new concept formed in the process of gradually transforming from"nature"to"culture".The core connotation of the"Yangzhou Model"for the construction of the Grand Canal National Cultural Park is to protect the world cultural her-itage as the core;to take key engineering projects as the carrier;to take layered coordinated promotion as the method.The features and experience of Yangzhou in coordinating the protection of cultural heritage and the construction of the national cultural park are reflected in three aspects:firstly,to highlight the cultural relic attributes of the Grand Canal;secondly,to emphasize the landscape attributes of the Grand Canal;and thirdly,to grasp the social attributes of the Grand Canal.
