Abstract
Exploring the historical logic,theoretical foundation,and practical lineage of the Commu-nist Party of China (CPC)leading the social trends in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics is of great significance for consolidating the spiritual strength of the Chinese nation and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese society.The CPC has continuously explored and led the healthy development of social trends during the New Democratic Revolution,the socialist revolution and construction,and the new era of reform,opening-up and socialist modernization.TheCPC has taken Marxism,the socialist core value system,and Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Character-istics for the New Era as its theoretical guidance;and has resolutely safeguarded the Party's centralized and united leadership,promoted the great prosperity and unity of the Chinese nation,and promoted the development of the Chinese people.The CPC is constantly engaged in the practice of leading social trends on the basis of firmly upholding the centralized and unified leadership of the Party,promoting the prosperi-ty and unity of the Chinese nation,and realizing the ambitious goal of Chinese-style modernization and de-velopment.
