Colleges and universities are important places forcultivating new generations who can be ca-pable of taking the responsibility of national rejuvenation.Under the centralized and unified leadership of the Party Central Committee,university party committees should give full play to the directional guiding role of internal party supervision,and build a supervision system with political supervision as the focus,party supervision as the mainstay,disciplinary inspection supervision as the specialized supervision,vari-ous forms of supervision interconnected and coordinated,so as to integrate supervision better into the uni-versity governance system and transform it into governance effectiveness.In the practical work of colleges and universities in H Province,they adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,implement the"two re-sponsibilities"in a coordinated manner,focus on key supervision areas,improve institutional mechanisms,innovate work methods,effectively implement the fundamental task of cultivating students'moral charac-ter,and ensure the high-quality and connotation-based development of universities in the province through strong internal party supervision.
