The Experience and Enlightenment of Labor-Capital Relationship Construction in the Process of Chinese-Style Modernization
Chinese-style modernization has created a new form of human civilization,and one of its spe-cific characteristics is the new form of labor-capital relationship construction in the process of Chinese-style modernization.Following the method of combining history and logic,the development process of labor-cap-ital relationship construction in the process of Chinese-style modernization is analyzed and the experience and enlightenment are summarized on this basis.Regularities can be provided for the construction of labor-capital relationship in the new development stage,thereby helping to promote the progress of Chinese-style modernization.In general,the construction of labor-capital relations in the process of Chinese-style mod-ernization has experienced the evolution of mutual benefit between labor and capital during the period of new democratic revolution,the division of gains between labor and capital during the period of socialist revolution and construction,the common prosperity of labor and capital during the period of reform and o-pening up and socialist modernization construction,and the harmonious coexistence of labor and capital in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics over the past century.The experience and enlightenment can be summarized as follows:adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,recognizing the nature of labor-capital conflicts,promoting the development of productive forces,governing labor-capital relations according to law,and stimulating the spirit of the main body.
