当代中国特色监察官制度构建初探

摘要
建立监察官制度,是构建中国特色社会主义国家监察体系的重要举措,《监察官法》的颁布为监察官制度的构建提供了规范基础和方向指针.然而,监察官作为一种兼具全局性和特殊性的法律职业,在制度设计与运行方面尚存在巨大的完善空间.应从提高监察官政治站位、细化监察官选拔标准、完善监察官等级制度和职业保障等方面构建完备的监察官制度,推动监察体制改革迈向新台阶.
Abstract
The establishment of the supervisory officer system is an important measure to build a so-cialist national supervisory system with Chinese characteristics.The promulgation of the Supervisory Of-ficers Law provides a regulatory basis and directional guidance for the construction of the supervisory of-ficer system.However,as a legal profession with both overall and specific characteristics,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the design and operation of the supervisory officer system.It is necessary to build a comprehensive system of supervisory commissioners from aspects such as enhancing the political position of supervisory officers,refining the selection criteria for supervisory officers,improving the system of supervisory officer ranks,and professional guarantees,in order to promote the reform of the supervisory system to a new level.
