老年教育融入城市社区治理:应然、实然和必然——以合肥市为例

伴随着我国进入老龄化社会,如何让老年人老有所学、老有所为、老有所乐,成为社会关心的一个问题.老年教育通过让老年人更加自信和快乐,可以激发老年人发挥其聪明才智,助力城市社区经济、政治、文化、社会、生态环境治理.老年教育在师资配置、课程建设、志愿服务、经费配给方面还存在短板和不足,应从加强教师队伍建设、优化课程设置、建设老年志愿服务队、加大经费支持等方面着手,让老年教育与城市社区治理更好地融合,实现双赢.
Integration of Elderly Education into Urban Community Governance:Ought to Be,Reality,and Inevitability——Taking Hefei City as an Example
With China's entry into an aging society,how to enable the elderly to continue learning,contribute,and enjoy life has become a social concern.Elderly education can make the elderly more confi-dent and happy,stimulate them to exercise their intelligence and help with the governance of urban com-munities by contributing to economy,politics,culture,society,and ecological environment.However,in practice,there are still shortcomings and deficiencies in elderly education in terms of the allocation of teaching staff,curriculum construction,volunteer services,and funding allocation.Therefore,further op-timization should be carried out by strengthening the construction of the teacher team,optimizing curricu-lum,building elderly volunteer service teams,increasing funding support,and other aspects,so as to bet-ter integrate elderly education with urban community governance and achieve a win-win situation.
