2023年河北省高校毕业生数量再创新高,严峻的就业形势对省高校大学生就业服务工作提出了新的挑战.基于数智技术的河北省高校大学生就业定制化服务平台的结构和功能,应以"大学生涯全过程的就业能力提升"为导向,充分联动政府、高校、企事业单位、社会就业机构以及行业组织等多方资源,构建具有"精准评估学生的就业能力""全过程提升学生就业能力""精准匹配就业供给和需求""基于大数据分析的就业指导""就业服务优化人才培养工作"等多功能、一体化的就业服务平台.
Abstract
In 2023,the number of college graduates in Hebei province reached a new high,presenting new challenges to employment service work for college students due to the severe employment situation.The functions and structure of a customized employment service platform for university students in Hebei Province,grounded in intelligenttechnology.Guided by the aim of"enhancing employment competencies throughout the entire university career,"the platform fully integrates multiple resourcesincluding govern-ment agencies,universities,enterprises and institutions,social employment organizations,and industry associations,thereby building a multifunctional and integrated employment service platform that features"precise assessment of students'employment capabilities,""enhancement of students'employment capa-bilities throughout the entire process,""precise matching of employment supply and demand,""employ-ment guidance based on big data analysis,"and"optimization of talent cultivation through employment services."
