Crimes in the digital era present the two major trends of"crime inflection point"and"tradi-tional crimes involving the internet."Governance primarily based on criminal law is inadequate to address the evolving patterns of crime in the digital era,leading to a shift towards a proactive prevention regulation model where internet platforms act as"gatekeepers."Currently,the technical governance of crime in the digital age faces challenges such as the imbalanced development of national technological empowerment and trust,unclear obligations for platforms in crime control,and the public struggling to overcome vertical da-ta divides.To resolve these challenges,it is necessary to assert the data justice concept of technical gov-ernance to balance the development of empowerment and enablement;to establish due diligence review standards to clarify the connotation of platforms'crime control obligations;it is essential to strengthen public participation in technical governance to bridge vertical data divides.
