Organizational education is one of the"Ten Major Educational"projects for improving the quality of ideological and political work in higher education institutions.Strengthening the educational work of grassroots party organizations in universities holds significant contemporary meaning and value pursuits.The School of Mechanical Engineering at Yanshan University has established a"four-in-one"party organization education system,consisting of a"dual-drives"working mechanism,a"precise drip irri-gation"working method,a"cloud intelligence collaboration"construction model,and a"red gene"work brand.This system focuses on four dimensions:educational needs,educational pathways,educational sce-narios,and educational culture,aiming to closely integrate high-quality party building with education and teaching,striving to enhance the quality and effectiveness of talent cultivation.Practice enlightens us to grasp the main line of educational work by grassroots party organizations in universities,expand the path-ways of educational work by grassroots party organizations,and improve the quality of educational work by grassroots party organizations in universities.
