Exploration of New Engineering Practice Teaching Model Based on the PDCA Theory——A Case Study of the New Engineering Industry College of Putian University
During the practical teaching process in the New Engineering Industry College of Putian U-niversity,various difficulties and challenges are faced,including the lack of standardization in the organiza-tion of practical teaching activities,insufficient cultivation of students'engineering thinking abilities,and an imperfect practical teaching evaluation system.To address the existing problems,a new engineering practice teaching model based on PDCA theory has been proposed against the backdrop of new engineering construction,integrating engineering management methods and product development processes.This mod-el takes the PDCA practice teaching organization process as the main line,focuses on cultivating students'engineering thinking abilities,and ensures a"multi-faceted,full-process"practical teaching evaluation sys-tem,aiming to cultivate new engineering talents with innovative practice abilities,team collaboration abili-ties,and autonomous learning abilities.The pilot application of this model in electronic technology courses has shown high overall student satisfaction and good practical effects.
