摘要
"三助一辅"对培养研究生特定职业能力、通用职业能力、核心职业能力以及职业道德品质具有重要意义.针对高校当下"三助一辅"实践过程中出现的主体认知偏差、岗位同质化倾向、导师学生间价值观差异等问题,需要从提高认知水平、优化制度设计、增强协调联动等方面予以系统解决,以期高质量实现"三助一辅"对研究生职业能力开发和提升的价值功能.
Abstract
The"Three Assistances and One Support"program is of great significance for cultivating graduate students'specific professional abilities,general professional abilities,core professional abilities,and professional ethics.In response to issues arising in the current practice of"Three Assistances and One Support"in higher education,such as cognitive bias among participants,a tendency for job homogeniza-tion,and differences in values among mentors,it is necessary to systematically address these problems by improving cognitive levels,optimizing institutional design,and enhancing coordination and collaboration.The goal is to achieve a high-quality realization of the value function of"Three Assistances and One Sup-port"in the development and enhancement of graduate students'professional abilities.
