摘要

基于创造性劳动,创新人才可以促进和优化各种生产要素的配置,极大地提高了企业的技术水平,进而提高社会生产效率.通过大量创新人才的集聚,为皖江经济带大力发展战略新兴产业提供重要支撑.本文以皖江经济带重要节点城市滁州市为例,分析了滁州市创新人才队伍的建设现状,发现存在创新人才匮乏、创新人才队伍不稳定、高等教育规模不足以及人才队伍平台建设不足等问题,并在此基础上提出改革人才培养和引进机制、加强创新人才平台建设和完善人才评价和激励机制等对策建议.

Abstract

Innovative talents optimize and promote the allocation of various production factors through creative labor,improve production technology and efficiency,and thereby enhance social production ef-ficiency.The gathering of technological innovation talents provides important support for the vigorous development of strategic emerging industries in the Yangtse River Economic Belt of Anhui Province. This paper takes Chuzhou,an important node city in the region,as an example to analyze the current situation of the construction of innovative talent teams.It is found that there are problems such as a shortage of scientific and technological innovation talents,a mismatch between the scale of higher edu-cation and the local economic status,an unstable innovative talent team,and insufficient construction of the talent team platform.On this basis,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as reforming the mechanism of talent training and introduction,strengthening the construction of inno-vative talent platform and improving the mechanism of talent evaluation and incentive.
