The Connotation,Characteristics and Realization Path of Teachers'Emotional Labor
Teachers'emotional labor is not only the emotional expression of teachers'professional prac-tice,but also an important subject of teachers'emotional research.In the view of emotional sociology,teachers'emotional labor is a process of managing and expressing their own emotions according to cer-tain professional norms and emotional rules.Teachers'emotional labor has the characteristics of prac-tice,situation,regulation and purpose.From four levels of teacher,student,teaching and school,the realization path of teacher's emotional labor is to strengthen the emotional practice in teachers'profes-sional development,to enhance the educational value of teachers'emotional labor,to pay attention to the application of teaching emotion in classroom teaching,and to clarify teachers'subjective status in school emotional governance.
