长三角地区农村数字普惠金融与农产品流通协调发展研究

摘要
基于 2012-2022 年长三角地区的三省一市的面板数据,通过构建指标评价体系,测算三省一市的综合发展水平值,借助耦合协调模型解析各地区的农村数字普惠金融和农产品流通之间的协调发展水平以及地区之间耦合协调度的差异,结合灰色关联度模型分析农村数字普惠金融和农产品流通的关联程度,结果表明:无论是从分地区角度还是从长三角地区整体角度看,农村数字普惠金融与农产品流通两者之间始终处于较高水平的耦合,且两系统之间的协调水平逐年稳步提升,但地区之间存在差异,其中,安徽省的耦合协调度最高.长三角地区的农村数字普惠金融与农产品流通之间的关联度处于较高关联,其中,移动电话用户数与农产品流通的关联度最高,货物周转量与农村数字普惠金融的关联度最高.据此,从普惠金融与农产品物流两个视角出发,对长三角地区农村数字普惠金融与农产品流通的协调发展提出建议.
Abstract
Based on the panel data of three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2012 to 2022,this paper analyzes the comprehensive development level of three provinces and one city by constructing an index evaluation system and calculating the weight of each index with the entropy method.The coordinated development level between rural digital inclusive finance and agricultural products circulation and the differences in the degree of coupled coordination between regions were ana-lyzed by the coupled coordination model,and the correlation degree between rural digital inclusive fi-nance and agricultural products circulation was analyzed by the grey correlation model.The results show that there is always a high level of coupling between rural digital inclusive finance and agricultural product circulation,and the coordination level between the two systems increases steadily year by year,but there are differences between regions,among which Anhui province has the highest degree of coupling coordination.The correlation between the rural digital inclusive finance and the cir-culation of agricultural products in the Yangtze River Delta region is high.In terms of sub-indicators,the correlation between the number of mobile phone users and the circulation of agricultural products is the highest,and the correlation between the turnover of goods and the rural digital inclusive finance is the highest.Therefore,from the perspective of inclusive finance and agricultural products logistics,this paper puts forward suggestions on the coordinated development of rural digital inclusive finance and agricultural products circulation in the Yangtze River Delta region.
