摘要
城市是我国人口集中聚居之地,也是文化富集之所.随着文化强国建设的深入推进,文化强市建设渐次成为全国333 个"省辖市"的全体选择和共同目标.文化强市建设通过构建优化市域优质文化的有效供给时间机制和协调供给结构机制,可以充分发挥地方优质文化资源丰富、情感亲厚的禀赋优势,为更加平衡更加充分地满足市域内广大人民群众日益增长的精神文化需要,进而为文化强国建设贡献市域方案、市域力量和市域智慧.
Abstract
The city is a place where the population of our country is concentrated,and it is also a place where the culture is enriched.With the deepening of the construction of a cultural powerhouse,the con-struction of a culturally strong city has gradually become the collective choice and common goal of all 333"provincial-level cities"in China.The construction of a culturally strong city can fully leverage the advantages of abundant local high-quality cultural resources and emotional closeness by establishing an effective supply time mechanism and coordinating supply structure mechanism to optimize the high-quality culture in the city.This will help to balance and fully meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people in the city,and contribute to the construction of a culturally strong country through city wide plans,city wide strength,and city wide wisdom.
