新文科下管理类课程思政元素的挖掘和呈现方式——以"人力资源管理综合实训"课程为例

以"人力资源管理综合实训"课程为例,把课程思政元素与新文科下不同学科知识技能交叉融合,综合应用型高校服务经济社会发展要求和学生反馈,对"人力资源管理综合实训"课程教学内容进行梳理、分解和重构,便于把管理专业知识与人力资源管理专业知识进行深度融合,便于从中进行思政元素的挖掘,也便于其与课程思政建设目标、思政元素及要求进行匹配,课程考核的评价指标都包含相应的课程思政评价要素.通过这样的课程内容重构及相应思政元素的挖掘,以学生为中心落实了课程思政对学生价值观的引领,把思政元素融入和呈现于学生的言行;形成以老师为"引路人",以学生为"践行者"的课程思政"全链条培养"新模式,最终解决"课程思政"难以融入教学全过程问题.
Mining and Presentation of Ideological and Political Elements in Management Courses in New Liberal Arts——Take the"Human Resource Management Applications and Exercises"Course as an Example
Taking the course of"Human resource management Applications and Exercises"as an exam-ple,the ideological and political elements of the course are cross-integrated with the knowledge and skills of different disciplines under the new liberal arts,and the requirements of serving economic and social development in colleges and universities are integrated with the feedback of students.The teach-ing content of the course of"Human resource management Applications and Exercises"is sorted out,decomposed and reconstructed,which is convenient for the deep integration of management professional knowledge and human resource management professional knowledge,which is convenient for the exca-vation of ideological and political elements,and it is also convenient for it to match with the ideological and political construction goals,ideological and political elements and requirements of the course.The evaluation indicators of the course assessment include the corresponding ideological and political evalua-tion elements of the course.Through such course content reconstruction and the excavation of corre-sponding ideological and political elements,the student-centered implementation of the curriculum ide-ological and political guidance on students'values,the integration of ideological and political elements into and presentation of students'words and deeds;the formation of teachers as"guides"and students as"practitioners"of the curriculum ideological and political"whole chain training"new model,and ul-timately solve the problem that"curriculum ideological and political"is difficult to integrate into the whole process of teaching.
