腕踝针联合揿针预防混合痔术后尿潴留的效果观察

摘要
目的:探讨腕踝针联合揿针预防混合痔术后尿潴留的应用效果.方法:选择 66 例混合痔术后患者随机分为对照组与观察组各33 例,对照组采用揿针疗法,观察组在揿针治疗基础上给予腕踝针疗法.观察2 组患者术后首次排尿时间及排尿量、排尿通畅情况、腹部症状和临床疗效.结果:观察组首次排尿时间[(337.58±58.74)min]短于对照组[(380.61±62.75)min](P<0.05),首次排尿量[(241.52±65.25)mL]多于对照组[(175.45±60.42)mL](P<0.05);首次排尿通畅情况及腹部症状均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(93.94%)高于对照组(75.76%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2 组治疗期间均未出现弯针、晕针等不良反应.结论:腕踝针联合揿针疗法预防混合痔术后尿潴留,可明显缩短患者首次排尿时间、促进排尿通畅、改善腹部症状,疗效显著,安全可靠.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with pressing acupuncture to prevent postoperative urinary retention after surgical treatmentformixed hemorrhoids.Methods:66 patients with mixed hemorrhoids after op-eration were randomly divited into the control and observation group(33 patients per group).The control group used pressing acu-puncture,and the observation group was given Wrist-ankle acupuncture treatment based on pressing acupuncture.The time point of first postoperative urination,urine output,urination patency,abdominal symptoms,and clinical efficacy were observed in two groups.Results:The first urination time of the observation group[(337.58±58.74)min]was shorter than that of the control group[(380.61±62.75)min](P<0.05),the first urination volume[(241.52±65.25)mL]was more than that of the control group[(175.45±60.42)mL](P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group(93.94%)was higher than that of the control group(75.76%),which the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reac-tions such as curved needles and fainting needles during the treatment of both groups.Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with pressing acupuncture to prevent urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids can significantly shorten the patient's first urination time,promote smooth urination,and improve abdominal symptoms,which the effect is significant,safe and reliable.
