Clinical Curative Effect Analysis of Mechanical Vibration Expectoration in Pediatric Patients with Bronchial Pneumonia
Objective:To explore the curative effect and symptom improvement effect of mechanical vibration expectoration in pediatric patients with bronchial pneumonia. Methods:A total of 100 pediatric patients with bronchial pneumonia who were treated. They were numbered according to the order of disease treatment. They were divided into a control group and an observation group,Both groups were given symptomatic treatment such as pyretolysis, relieving cough, relieving asthma, and anti-infection.The artifi-cial percussion sputum excretion method and mechanical vibration sputum excretion method were performed respectively, and 50 ca-ses were included in each group. We observed and compared the clinical efficacy, cough time, shortness of breath time, pulmonary rales symptoms disappear time, hospitalization time, and blood gas index of the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treat-ment in the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.00%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, cough time(4.18±1.36)d,shortness of breath time(5.19±0.24)d,pulmonary rales symptoms disappear time(4.87±1.22)d,hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shortened(5.87±1.27)d.After treatment, the levels of SaO2 and PO2 in the two groups increased, and the level of PCO2 decreased. The levels of SaO2(98.64±2.54)%,PO2(95.41±3.58)mmHg and PCO2(38.84±1.54)mmHg in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mechanical vibration expectoration in the treatment of bronchial pneumonia can play a sig-nificant therapeutic effect, effectively alleviate the symptoms of pediatric patients, and improve the blood gas index,so as to achieve the therapeutic goal of shortening the course of the disease.
