Analysis of the Medication Pattern of Ye Tianshi's Treatment of Depression Combined with Insomnia Based on the Cloud Platform of Ancient and Modern Medical Cases
Objective:To analyze the prescription rules and characteristics of Ye Tianshi in the treatment of depression syn-drome and insomnia based on the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records.Methods:After standardized treatment of the prescription drugs recorded in"Clinical Guide Medical Records·Insomnia"and"Clinical Guide Medical Records·Yu",which were imported to the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical records to establish the database of Ye Tianshi's insomnia and depression.The statistical analysis and correlation analysis were used to analyze the four gases,five tastes,classics,efficacy,fre-quency of use and common drug combinations of imported Chinese medicines.Results:The first 6 tastes of high frequency drugs were Poria,jujube kernel,Zhi mother,pinellia,scorched licorice,Chuanxiong.The correlation analysis of the Bumei chapter ob-tained three combinations of fructuum-sour jujube kernel,sour jujube kernel,sour jujube kernel and grilled glycyrrhiza.The corre-lation analysis of the Yuzheng chapter showed that ginger-Poria,gardenia-Moutan bark,fragrant-poria.The combination of drugs with higher frequency of depression syndrome can be added or reduced by Danzhi Xiaoyao powder.Suanzao Ren decoction can be obtained by combining the sleepless high frequency medicine pair.Conclusion:The properties,tastes,meridians and effects of sin-gle medicine used by Ye Tianshi in the treatment of depression and sleeplessness have great commonality.It shows that depression syndrome and insomnia have profound internal relations in the treatment.
