传统文化在《临床中药学》教学中的融入模式探析

目的:探讨《临床中药学》教学中融入传统文化教学模式的效果.方法:选取中药学专业二年级学生共93 人,将采用融入传统文化教学模式的学生设为传统文化教学组(n=38),采用常规教学模式的学生设为常规组(n=55).比较 2 组学生期末考试成绩,通过调查问卷了解 2 组学生对传统文化、《临床中药学》课程的热爱程度以及中医药行业就业意愿.结果:2 组学生的期末考试成绩比较,传统文化教学组(71.80±9.20)分略高于常规组的(68.20±11.69)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);传统文化教学组中热爱传统文化及《临床中药学》课程的学生人数占比分别为 84.21%(32/38)和 84.21%(32/38),均高于常规组的65.45%(36/55)和63.63%(35/55),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2 组中医药行业就业意愿比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:融入传统文化的教学模式可增强学生对中医药的传统文化认识,有助于学生更好地理解中医药和构建中医思维模式,提高《临床中药学》课程教学效果,进一步增强学生的民主与文化自信.
Analysis on the Integration Mode of Traditional Culture in the Teaching of Clinical Chinese Medicine
Objective:To explore the effect of incorporating the traditional cultural teaching model in teaching Clinical Chinese Medicine.Method:A total of 93 students in the second grade of Chinese pharmacy major were selected.The students who adopted the teaching mode integrated with traditional culture were divided into the teaching group integrated with traditional culture(n=38),and the students who adopted the conventional teaching mode were divided into the conventional teaching mode group(n=55).The final exam scores of the two groups of students were compared,and the degree of love for traditional culture,Clinical Chinese Medicine course and employment intention of the two groups of students were understood through questionnaires.Result:There was no statisti-cally significant difference in the final exam scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the two groups,the scores of the traditional culture teaching group(71.80±9.20)were slightly higher than those of the conventional teaching group(68.20±11.69),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The number of students in the traditional culture teaching group who loved traditional culture and Clinical Chinese Medicine course was 84.21%and 84.21%,respectively,which were higher than 65.45%and 63.64%in the conventional teaching mode group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in employment intention between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:It can enhance students'interest in traditional culture,deepen their understanding of the curriculum,help to expand their knowledge of traditional culture,cultivate their cultural pride,and strengthen their awareness of traditional culture through the teaching method of integrating traditional culture.
