Analysis on the Integration Mode of Traditional Culture in the Teaching of Clinical Chinese Medicine
Objective:To explore the effect of incorporating the traditional cultural teaching model in teaching Clinical Chinese Medicine.Method:A total of 93 students in the second grade of Chinese pharmacy major were selected.The students who adopted the teaching mode integrated with traditional culture were divided into the teaching group integrated with traditional culture(n=38),and the students who adopted the conventional teaching mode were divided into the conventional teaching mode group(n=55).The final exam scores of the two groups of students were compared,and the degree of love for traditional culture,Clinical Chinese Medicine course and employment intention of the two groups of students were understood through questionnaires.Result:There was no statisti-cally significant difference in the final exam scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the two groups,the scores of the traditional culture teaching group(71.80±9.20)were slightly higher than those of the conventional teaching group(68.20±11.69),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The number of students in the traditional culture teaching group who loved traditional culture and Clinical Chinese Medicine course was 84.21%and 84.21%,respectively,which were higher than 65.45%and 63.64%in the conventional teaching mode group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in employment intention between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:It can enhance students'interest in traditional culture,deepen their understanding of the curriculum,help to expand their knowledge of traditional culture,cultivate their cultural pride,and strengthen their awareness of traditional culture through the teaching method of integrating traditional culture.
