Intangible cultural heritage is the crystallization of the wisdom of the people,a living record of different ethnic groups and regional cultures,and an important part of China's traditional culture.It is the requirement of the times to protect,pass on and make good use of the intangible cultural heritage to revive China's fine traditional culture.The protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage requires the participation of the government,enterprises,non-genetic inheritors and others to make rational use of material carriers to promote dynamic inheritance,construct characteristic cultural system,innovate inheritance methods,and play the role of mass culture to improve public participation with the help of modern technology to achieve cross-time and space dialogue,on the basis of maintaining the core value of intangible cultural heritage.
