To build an index system for measuring the performance of science and technology policies,based on panel data from 2018 to 2022,this paper uses the methods of grey correlation and principal component analysis to measure the performance of science and technology policies of Anhui comprehensive national science center and compare them with those of Shanghai, Beiing and Guangdong.Research has found that there is a positive correlation between technology investment and innovation output in Anhui.The performance of human resources and technology output is better than that of funding,while the performance of enterprise funds and technology output is lower than that of government funds.Anhui's science and technology policy performance is better than that of Guangdong,but lower than that of Beiing and Shanghai. Based on comprehensive analysis, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to fully unleash the potential for talent innovation, optimize enterprise financial performance,and establish a performance evaluation system for science and technology policies.
