摘要

社会的发展,人们消费方式的变化以及互联网的普及,促进了电子商务行业的快速发展壮大,消费者越来越倾向在网上购物,人们不受时间、地点的限制,可以在网上购买到新鲜、优质的产品,生鲜电商也就在此基础上产生.而在新零售的背景下,生鲜电商在快速发展的同时也面临着巨大的行业竞争压力.本文以盒马鲜生为例,并从SWOT分析法的视角,分析电商生鲜行业的发展现状与问题,从而对其未来的发展提出合理的建议.

Abstract

With the progress of science and technology and the popularity of the Internet,e-commerce has developed rapidly.More and more consumers oin the army of online shopping.People can buy fresh and high-quality products anytime and anywhere on the Internet.In the context of new retailing, fresh food e-commerce is also facing huge industry competition pressure while developing rapidly. Taking Fresh Hema as an example,this paper analyzes the development status and problems of the fresh food e-commerce from the perspective of SWOT analysis,so as to put forward reasonable suggestions for its future development.
