With the progress of science and technology and the popularity of the Internet,e-commerce has developed rapidly.More and more consumers oin the army of online shopping.People can buy fresh and high-quality products anytime and anywhere on the Internet.In the context of new retailing, fresh food e-commerce is also facing huge industry competition pressure while developing rapidly. Taking Fresh Hema as an example,this paper analyzes the development status and problems of the fresh food e-commerce from the perspective of SWOT analysis,so as to put forward reasonable suggestions for its future development.
