Film and Television aesthetic education is an important part of current aesthetic education construction.In response to the phenomena of excessive entertainment and recreation that have appeared in the audience's appreciation of film and television,drawing on the enlightenment of Zhuangzi's view of"obectification"on aesthetic education,the paper emphasizes starting from the creation of aesthetic motivation into the film and television texts,paying attention to the training of aesthetic empathy immersed in them,and improving the ability of aesthetic resonance in dialogues. In this way,people are enlightened to understand the virtual state of artistic activities beyond time and space,to call for the immersive appreciation experience of forgetting both things and oneself and being one with the world,so as to find resonance in the sense of beauty,to sublimate personality in the experience of beauty, and to promote the construction of aesthetic education in film and television art.
