摘要
本文在产教融合共同体的视角下深入分析了当前高职院校混合所有制改革面临的困境,并从加强制度建设、优化治理体系、改善资源配置和共建融合生态等方面探索有效的改革路径,对于提升高职院校的办学水平和办学能力具有一定的现实意义和研究价值.
Abstract
This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the dilemma faced by current mixed ownership reform of vocational colleges and universities from the perspective of the community of integration between industry and education.It also explores effective reform paths from the aspects of strengthening institutional construction,optimizing the governance system,improving the allocation of resources and co-constructing the integration ecology,which has certain practical significance and research value for enhancing the level of vocational colleges and universities and their ability to run schools.
