新形势下强化高校附属医院纪检部门日常监督的思考——以某高校附属医院为例

摘要
纪检监察部门作为党内专职监督机构,承担着建立完善纪检监察专责监督体系的重任.高校附属医院纪检部门作为基层的专职监督部门,既有与其他纪检部门履行的共性职能,也有其涉及教育医疗两个领域的特殊性,特别是新形势下要着力在日常监督上做深做细,以安徽省公共卫生临床中心为例探讨全面完整准确贯彻日常监督理念,转变监督方式,拓展监督举措,做深做实日常监督,构建符合医院特点的监督体系,推动高校附属医院全面从严治党,促进医院高质量发展.
Abstract
In the report of the twentieth National Congress of the Party,it is emphasized that the Party's unified leadership,all-round coverage,as well as authoritative and efficient supervision system should be improved.Discipline Inspection and Supervision Departments,as the Party's full-time supervisory bodies,bear the important task of establishing and improving the specialized discipline inspection and supervision system.The hospital discipline inspection department in medical schools,as the grass-roots full-time supervision department, features both common functions performed with other discipline inspection departments, and its involvement in areas of education and health care, especially focusing on the deep and fine daily supervision in the new situation to.Anhui Province Public Health Clinical Centeris taken as an example of exploring the comprehensive,complete and accurate implementation of the daily supervision of the concept of transforming the supervision mode, expanding the supervision of the initiative, keeping deep and real daily supervision, building supervision systems in line with the hospital characteristics,enhancing the overall strict governance of the party within the affiliated hospitals,and promoting the high quality development of hospitals.
