Big data technology provides a new opportunity for the upgrading and transformation of human resource management in state-owned enterprises.It has reshaped the development environment of state-owned enterprises,triggered the reform of human resource management,improved work efficiency,and promoted the change of human resource management structure and organizational culture.However,there are also some problems in the application of human resource management,such as relatively backward management mode,shortage of effective system support,lack of compound talents and new challenges in information protection.In view of this,state-owned enterprises should keep pace with the times and change the concept of human resource management,build a perfect system according to the technical requirements of big data,strengthen the training of big data talents to make talent reserve,and take multiple measures such as strengthening information protection and others to improve the efficiency of human resource service enterprises.
